  • Pan fried chicken breasts or eggplant (vegan) with spiced almond crumbs and matboucha

  • Assorted salads

    • Green salad with toasted nuts, seasonal fruit, and pesto vinaigrette

    • Balsamic beets

    • Moroccan carrots

    • Cucumber tomato


  • Watermelon with mint and blueberries

  • Superfood dark chocolate bark

My focus is on using seasonal, local produce whenever possible, and celebrating the food that brings us together at this abundant time of year.

I love the idea of creating fresh, lighter dishes that are still filling and satisfying. My goal is to offer you delicious food that gives you energy and makes you feel awesome! I’m passionate about providing options that are enjoyable for everyone, whether someone who eats all types of food freely, or those with special dietary considerations such as Paleo and vegan. (If there is anyone with a nut or egg allergy let me know and I can keep that in consideration as I prepare.)
